Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JRH Electronics, its officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of:

• Buyer’s misuse of products;

• Modification or improper storage or handling;

• Integration into other systems;

• Violation of export laws;

• Breach of these Terms.

The materials appearing on JRH Electronics’s web site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. JRH Electronics does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. JRH Electronics may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. JRH Electronics does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.
