It is imperative that suppliers adhere to all Purchase Order Requirements. Terms and Conditions and Quality Requirements are communicated by Clause # (SC02, QC14, etc.) in the notes of the purchase order. JRH has 12 Standard Clauses which apply to every PO, and Quality Clauses that apply only if specified on the PO.
Full descriptions of SC/QC (Standard Clause / Quality Clause) contractual requirements can be found in the attachment below. It is the suppliers responsibility to review and comply with all flow-down requirements designated by clause number on the face of the PO.
